SHIPPING

For orders of EUR 500 or more, prices include shipping to anywhere in the world. For orders below EUR 500, a shipping/handling fee of EUR 50 will be added.
Orders will be shipped by Air Parcel Post or TNT unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping time to Northern/Central EU is typically 2-5 days. To other destinations shipping time is typically 5-10 days.
For some countries please allow a few days for local customs clearance.

Shipments are normally made within one day of receipt of payment.

VAT

Please observe that for parcels shipped to any country within The European Union, we have to include Danish VAT unless the buyer is a company with a valid local VAT number. The VAT is included in the above prices.
For shipments to outside the EU VAT is 0%.

CUSTOMS / TAXES

DACT are not able to handle Customs Clearance in the country of distination. Usually our shipments will clear Customs without any involvement from the buyer’s side but exceptions may happen.

For more details about any import taxes/duties that might apply please contact your local Customs Department.

Advance payment is required. We accept payments by either check (personal checks accepted), bank transfer or PayPal.
